Moderato Cuvée Révolutionnaire Blanc is made with Colombard grapes from Gascony. It's highly aromatic and slightly acidic and a true representative of the region. Pair it with ceviche, a seasonal salad or savory white meats. Serve chilled.

- Nose: Dominant notes of exotic and white fruit (pear, peach, etc) with hints of citrus zest
