French Bloom Review from Sommelier Jillian Fontana
Le Blanc: This classically styled bubbly based on Chardonnay is loaded with honeycrisp apple, lemon and an unexpected spicy nose. Mostly dry on the palate, Le Blanc has a pleasant mouthfeel with refreshing acidity. Whether on its own, as an aperitif or with goat cheese crostini, serve extra chilled for celebrations big and small.
Le Rosé: A complex sparkling wine based on Pinot Noir, the rosé exudes cranberry, dark cherry and white pepper. This dry, intriguing wine has great depth and will be an excellent match with charcuterie and deeply savory dishes. Serve in a wine glass for a fuller experience.
