Sloane: The Pioneer Who Helped Build Better Rhodes
Meet Sloane - our incredible employee number one who was there when Better Rhodes was just getting off the ground. From day one, she was all-in, personally packing those first customer orders and wearing pretty much every hat imaginable as we found our footing.
As Better Rhodes grew, so did Sloane's role. She eventually became our VP of Sales and Marketing, but that title doesn't capture half of what she brought to the table. She was the one connecting with vendors, bringing exciting new brands into our lineup, and putting Better Rhodes on the map through her amazing PR and marketing work.
Anyone who knows Better Rhodes has seen Sloane's influence - she had her hand in everything from what products we carried to how we talked about ourselves as a company. She just got it, and that understanding was absolutely priceless to us.
In 2023, Sloane decided to head off to USC to pursue her Master's degree. While we definitely miss her around here, we couldn't be more excited for her next chapter. The foundation she helped build is still a huge part of who we are today, and the whole BR team is cheering her on in everything she does next. That's our employee #1!
Agatha: The Administrative Powerhouse Behind the Scenes
Meet Agatha - our administrative superstar who we've rightfully dubbed the "Admin of... Everything!" In record time, she has become the essential glue holding the Better Rhodes workplace together.
With remarkable efficiency and attention to detail, Agatha keeps all our operations running smoothly. From coordinating team efforts to ensuring nothing falls through the cracks, her administrative excellence is the backbone that allows everyone else to shine.
But Agatha brings much more than just organizational skills to the table. She's a passionate advocate for both Better Rhodes and the entire non-alcoholic beverage movement. Her genuine enthusiasm for our mission shines through in everything she does, making her not just an employee but a true ambassador for alcohol-free living. Outside of the office she's an amazing Mom to her kids!

Emily: The Creative Force Behind Our Social Media Magic
Meet Emily - the super talented powerhouse who keeps our social media presence vibrant and engaging. If you've ever interacted with Better Rhodes online, you've experienced Emily's creative touch firsthand!
As our social media coordinator, Emily is the creative genius behind our wildly popular Sober October and Dry January video series, plus ALL those eye-catching posts filling your feed. Her ability to craft compelling content ensures Better Rhodes always puts its best digital foot forward.
But Emily's talents don't stop when she clocks out. Outside of work, she's a true multi-hyphenate creative and an absolutely phenomenal triple-threat performer whose acting, singing, and dancing abilities are beyond measure.
And here's a little insider info: Emily's friendship with our own Andrew goes WAY back. (Apparently the camera technology back then was still... let's just say "developing.")

Trudy: The Heart and Soul of Better Rhodes
Meet Trudy - the beloved "Mom" of Better Rhodes both literally and figuratively! As the actual mother of our founder Chris, Trudy brought that special maternal touch to our company culture from day one.
Trudy was instrumental in building Better Rhodes from the ground up, focusing her incredible energy on developing the vital relationships with makers that stock our shelves with amazing non-alcoholic products. Her genuine approach and passion for what we do created such strong connections that even though she's now focused on her grandmotherly duties, our vendors still regularly ask about her!
As our original products powerhouse, Trudy knew exactly what would delight our customers and how to bring those selections to life. Her exceptional taste and understanding of the market helped shape our entire product philosophy. It's why we proudly named our monthly wine subscription "Trudy's Wine Club" - a fitting tribute to the woman who made so many of our offerings possible.
While she's now embracing her role as an amazing grandmother to her grandchildren, Trudy's influence remains woven into the fabric of Better Rhodes. She exemplifies how the right person, with the right passion, at the right time can help create something truly special that continues to thrive.
