Lyre's Mojito Pitcher
INGREDIENTS
- 180mL (6oz) Lyre’s White Cane Spirit
- 60mL (2oz) lime juice
- 45mL (1.5oz) white sugar syrup (1:1)
- 2 large handfuls of mint leaves
- 4 lime wheels
- Top with soda water
Method:
- Add ingredients to the carafe, fill with ice, and stir.
- Top with soda water.
Glass: 1 liter carafe
Garnish: 2 plump mint sprigs
