Cozy up with NA Mulled Wine

A combination that you can feel good about and enjoy sipping or mixing.
Make It At Home
This Tenneyson Mulled Wine serves 6-8. Scale as needed or double for a large crowd.
What you'll need:
- Full bottle of your favorite NA Red Wine - We're using JP Chenet Non-Alcoholic Cabernet-Syrah!
- ½ cup Tenneyson Black Ginger Spirit - add more for more spice
- ½ cup orange juice - or you could use apple juice or cider.
- ½ to ⅔ cup Simple Syrup - to taste
For the Mulling Spices
- Cinnamon Sticks
- Nutmeg (1 head cut in half)
- 3-4 Star Anise
- Handful Pink Peppercorns
- Orange rind
- Orange slices for Garnish
How:
- Spiral peel an orange, and stud the rind with cloves
- Combine all ingredients in a saucepan, or in a crock pot
- Heat to just below a simmer, and let steep over heat for at least 15 minutes.
- Strain out the rind and spices
- Serve warm in a heat-proof glass mug and garnish with a slice of orange and a cinnamon stick.
